We make representation, on behalf of clients, to such authorities as Health & Safety and/or Environmental Health Officers, in order to reduce the severity of prosecution, if the client has not yet commissioned a Management System, or to prevent prosecution outcome, in the event of an unforeseen occurrence, if he has.

We provide support to clients who are tenants in their workplace, whereby, should it be necessary, if a health, safety and/or welfare shortfall exists in the working premises, we are able to persuade the landlord to consider an upgrade to his provision, so as to bring it in line with current Legislation, thereby avoiding prosecution from environmental health and bringing resolution to his tenant.

If you are a manufacturer, following an in-house inspection, we will work with you, to produce Safe Systems of Work for all activities in your workshop, factory, or other installation.
